Europe has the worst imaginable idea to counter SpaceX’s launch dominance

Atleast Europe is trying to somewhat catch up. Europe has been lacking way too long on the space industry in relation to the size, but Europe is not suitable at all to start a private rocket company! SpaceX would have not survived if they were founded in Europe!
