French MPs vote in favour of imposing wealth tax on ‘ultra-rich’

Why would you put an extra tax on ultra-rich. I mean i understand that if they don't leave or start laundring money it results to more tax money, BUT the ultra-rich have the possibility to FUCKING LEAVE!
