Roadtrip in Europe

Hi yall or a couple people lol i was wondering how realistic it would be to make a roadtrip from Estonia to maybe Latvia Lithuania to probably Poland to maybe Slovakia and then closer to balkans with around 500 km per day. I would be doing the trip with a 125cc motorcycle so tell me tips.
