Has Europe’s great hope for AI missed its moment?

Europe has absolutely missed their chance in AI, unless REALLY quickly someone builds something that outperforms the innovation of China and the US.

To be honest, Europe isn't really being developed to a place where tech startups come from anyway. Europe is probably the worst places to start an AI company, it's not a miracle that there is no European AI.
