EU to target AI, biotech, cheap energy in global competitiveness push

Why hasn't EU before targeted their competitiveness in AI? The real competition is the one that's not fought in the end of the war!

Hopefully the EU's competitiveness push will actually increase the amount of startups and give Europe some influences in the global tech industries!
